Consular Services-Visa Information

Crown Foreign Services Pvt. Ltd. Visa Stamping Application Center New Delhi provides Visa Stamping Services for Turkey.

Applicants may apply for Turkey Visa Stamping ( Employment / Business / Tourist /Entry Visa) through us, by submitting their passport in our office by hand/ post/courier/Authorised Representative.

Note: Applicant can't submit directly to the Turkey Embassy New Delhi.

Business Visa

Mandatory Documents to apply to the Embassy of the Republic of Turkey, New Delhi

1: Manually filled visa application form by blue or black pen in capital letters with 1 photograph affixed to

it, signed by the applicant.

2: The original passport should be issued less than 10 years with a minimum validity of 6 months beyond

the intended duration of stay in Turkish territory and with at least two full blank pages.

3: 2 biometric photos with a white background that were taken within the last 6 months, depicting the

full face including ears and all hair, clearly and completely visible without shadow, in 2.5inch x 2.5inch

size.

4 : Cover Letter from employer on company letter head with authorized signatory, name and designation

with company seal. Also mentioned about the guarantee clause with the expenses of the trip.

5 : Travel insurance (valid for at least duration of the trip in Turkey )

6 : Confirmed reservation of round trip flight ticket

7 : Original invitation letter from Turkey or colour scanned copy with clear information specified the full

name and passport number of the applicant.

If applied to Multiple Entry; Turkish Company’s letter should state the long term relation with Indian

Company.

8 a) Last 3 months’ bank statement of company (for employer), in original or copies attested by bank

b) Personal bank statement for last 3 months, in original or copies attested by bank

9 a) Salary Slips / Certificates of the last three months and Form 16 (for employee)

b) GST (for employer)

10 : Professional Certificate issued from IFCA (The Indian Federation of Culinary Associations) for Tour Chef

11 : If Agent is making the application on behalf of the applicant, letter of attorney from every applicant,

in original

12 : (If not shown in passport) Marriage Certificate of the Couple issued by the marriage registrar /

Affidavit required attested by Notary Public

13 : Copies of first and last pages of the passport

14 : Recommendation letter/Registration letter from relevant chamber of commerce. If a copy is submitted

it must be attested by mantralaya or MEA and Notarized. (Optional)

REMARKS

All submitted documents must be current and complete. The incompleteness of the documents submitted for the visa application in Turkey may cause the

application to be rejected. Embassy of Turkey in New Delhi has the right to request additional documents when it deems necessary. Presenting of the above

documents does not guarantee that the visa will be granted. The Embassy reserves the right to refuse application without any explanation.There is no refund

possibility in any circumstances. All forms and documents must be prepared and presented separately for each person (including family members or any group).

Medical Visa

Mandatory Documents to apply to the Embassy of the Republic of Turkey, New Delhi

1 : Manually filled visa application form by blue or black pen in capital letters with 1 photograph affixed to

it, signed by the applicant.

2 : The original passport should be issued less than 10 years with a minimum validity of 6 months beyond

the intended duration of stay in Turkish territory and with at least two full blank pages.

3 : 2 biometric photos with a white background that were taken within the last 6 months, depicting the

full face including ears and all hair, clearly and completely visible without shadow, in 2.5inch x 2.5inch

size.

4 : a) Personal covering letter from the donor stating his free will to donate (attested by Notary)

b) Personal covering letter from the recipient stating purpose of visit (attested by Notary)

5 : Travel insurance (valid for at least duration of the trip in Turkey)

6 : Confirmed reservation of round trip flight ticket

7 : Invitation letter from the respective medical institute in Turkey specified the full name and passport

number of the applicant, in original or colour copy.

8 : Hotel Reservations

9 : Bank statement for last 3 months in original or copies attested by bank

10 : If Donor or Recipient is a working professional then original leave sanction letter on the company

letterhead with authorized name and signatory.

11 : If Self-employed or a Businessman or a Proprietor of a firm then the applicant should give covering

letter on firms letterhead and must attach business proof like Company Registration (Attested by

Notary & Mantralaya) or Recommendation letter from the relevant Chamber of Commerce.

12 : If Applicant has not enough funds or bank account, financial support letter from the sponsor

notarized. (Not applicable for spouses, parents and children)

13 : Letter from the respective Doctor(s) of Donor and Recipient which should mention the medical history

of both on respective clinic’s letterhead.

14 : Minors need consent letter from both parents in all cases (even though minor is travelling with both

parents). The consent NOC must be on stamp paper with photos of parents and applicant and

notarized.

15 : If Agent is making the application on behalf of the applicant, letter of attorney from every applicant,

16 : Copies of first and last pages of the passport

Work Visa

Mandatory Documents to apply to the Embassy of the Republic of Turkey, New Delhi

1 : Manually filled visa application form by blue or black pen in capital letters with 1 photograph affixed to

it, signed by the applicant.

2 : The original passport should be issued less than 10 years with a minimum validity of 1 year for Indian

nationals or 2 years for Nepalese nationals beyond the intended duration of stay in Turkish territory

and with at least two full blank pages.

3 : 2 biometric photos with a white background that were taken within the last 6 months, depicting the

full face including ears and all hair, clearly and completely visible without shadow, in 2.5inch x 2.5inch

size.

4 :

Employment Agreement from Turkey Company (English + Turkish) On agreement, work place address

should be mentioned.

5 : Original Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) is a mandatory document

6 : If Agent is making the application on behalf of the applicant, letter of attorney from every applicant,

8 : Trade Registry Gazette (Ticaret Sicili Gazetesi) of the company in Turkey (Optional)

9 : Invitation letter from the company, from Turkey specified the full name and passport number of the

applicant (Optional)

10 : Chamber of Commerce Certificate of the Company in Turkey (Optional)

11 : Signature circulars of company (notarized) in Turkey (Optional)

12 : Original relieving letter from present company on company letter head. The letter should clearly

describe the employee’s details enclosing profession, designation; period of work; purpose of

appointment in Turkey with authorized signatory, name and designation with company seal and

contact numbers. (Optional)

13 : Copies of educational certificates of applicant (university, diploma) (Optional)

Seaman’s Visa

Mandatory Documents to apply to the Embassy of the Republic of Turkey, New Delhi

1 : Manually filled visa application form by blue or black pen in capital letters with 1 photograph affixed to

it, signed by the applicant.

2 : The original passport should be issued less than 10 years with a minimum validity of 6 months beyond

the intended duration of stay in Turkish territory and with at least two full blank pages.

3 : 2 biometric photos with a white background that were taken within the last 6 months, depicting the full

face including ears and all hair, clearly and completely visible without shadow, in 2.5inch x 2.5inch size.

4 : Covering letter from Indian agent, invitation letter from Turkey or colour scanned copy with clear

information specified the full name and passport number of the applicant

5 : Original CDC/Seamen’s book with copy

6 : Employment contract copy, crew list should be signed by the master and itinerary of vessel from the

company

7 : The letter should mention identity, position and passport duration of seamen, Vessel owner’s details and

Turkish agent details, flag of the vessel, date of entry /departure of ship from Turkey, Seaman’s date of

arrival and joining the ship.

Tourist Visa

2 : The original passport should be issued less than 10 years with a minimum validity of 6 months beyond

the intended duration of stay in Turkish territory and with at least two full blank pages.

3 : 2 biometric photos with a white background that were taken within the last 6 months, depicting the

full face including ears and all hair, clearly and completely visible without shadow, in 2.5inch x 2.5inch

size.

4 : Leave letter form employer/ covering letter in personal business letter head (if self-employed) with

authorized signatory, name and designation with company seal

5 : Travel insurance (valid for at least duration of the trip in Turkey)

6 : Confirmed reservation of round trip flight ticket

7 : Hotel reservation

8 a) Last 3 months’ bank statement of company (for employer), in original or copies attested by bank

b) Last 3 months’ bank statement of personal, in original or copies attested by bank

Student / Research Visa/Internship/ Turkish Language Course

Mandatory Documents to apply to the Embassy of the Republic of Turkey, New Delhi

1 : Manually filled visa application form by blue or black pen in capital letters with 1 photograph affixed to

it, signed by the applicant.

2 : The original passport should be issued less than 10 years with a minimum validity of 6 months beyond

the intended duration of stay in Turkish territory and with at least two full blank pages.

3 : 2 biometric photos with a white background that were taken within the last 6 months, depicting the

full face including ears and all hair, clearly and completely visible without shadow, in 2.5inch x 2.5inch

size.

4 : Covering letter from the applicant with all details about which university/institution/AIESEC/Course being

attended, dates of planned departure, reason for studies and which studies being pursued, passport

number, name and address of applicant.

5 : Travel insurance (insurance should cover at least first 4 months duration in Turkey)

6 : Reservation one way ticket

7 : In the case of an invitation from University/Institution:

- Acceptance letter from the University which the applicant is going to register. (Colour Copy)

- Tuition fee payment receipt original or copy attested by the bank.

8: : In the case of an invitation from AIESEC/IAESTE/ERASMUS

- Invitation letter from AIESEC/IAESTE/ERASMUS in Turkey specified the full name and passport

number of the applicant

- Acceptance note from AIESEC/IAESTE/ERASMUS

- Request letter from AIESEC/IAESTE/ERASMUS branch in India with all details about which program

being attended, dates of planned departure, passport number, name and adress of applicant.

- Two references names, contact information must be written on visa application form.

9 a) In the case of an invitation from a Language Course:

Organization (tn) Acceptance/Enrollment letter signed by the Language Course/ School which the applicant

is going to attend and applicant stating two reference people with all their contact information and ID

copies.

b) Two references names, contact information must be written on visa application form.

c) If the applicant have relatives or references in Turkey; a letter from these relatives guaranteeing expenses

and return back.

10 : Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) is a mandatory document (It can be issued from Local Police Station or

Passport Office)

11 a) Last 3 months personal bank statement of the parents along with a sponsorship letter (notarized) from the

parents if parents are funding the education for the student, in original or copies attested by bank.

b) Last 3 months personal bank statement of the researcher in original or copies attested by bank.

12 : Minors need consent letter from both parents in all cases (even though minor is travelling with both

parents). The consent NOC must be on stamp paper with photos of parents and applicant and notarized.

13 : Notarized copies of all graduation certificates starting from primary school and up for student
