Documents Required to Obtain an Indonesian Visa
Business Visa
The Applicant should have a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of application for the visa.
An introductory letter from the company or firm in India, indicating the purpose of the visit, the organization to be visited, and the duration of the proposed stay.
A letter of invitation from the associates in Indonesia, confirming that they will bear the expenses while the passenger is in Indonesia, should be faxed directly to the Embassy.
Two passport-size photographs with a red background.
Original birth certificate for the passengers who are below 18 years.

Bank statements for the last 3 months.
Hotel confirmation from Indonesia and proof of funds (USD 1000 must be endorsed on the passport).

A visa can be obtained on arrival for the Tourist & Business Categories. The following are the documents required:-
