Description of Service

This visa is available for foreign businessmen or company representatives who wish to hold meetings and conduct business transactions within the applicable rules and regulations of the Kingdom of Bahrain

Required Terms of Service

•  The application must be submitted by a guarantor or authorized person

•  Each application must be submitted separately, along with all relevant documents

•  The applicant must be located outside the Kingdom of Bahrain to submit the application

Procedure

• Apply through any of the service channels

• Pay the application fee(s) and receive the receipt

•  Personal attendance (Muharraq security complex - Isa town branch)

Processing Time

•  Issuance 3 working days

•  Extension 1 working day

Required Documents

Issuance

• Application Form

• Formal letter from the guarantor

• Copy of the applicant or legal representative's ID

• Applicant's passport that is valid for more than 6 months

• Work certificate

Extension

• Application form ( Applying at service center only ) 

• Applicant's passport that is valid for more than 6 months

• The administration has the right to request any additional necessary documents and information at any time  

Fees

• Multiple Visa fee 12 BHD

• Extension fee 40 BHD

Note

• Visitors are not allowed to engage in any form of work, whether paid or unpaid, during their visit

• Visa will be invalid if not used within three months of issuance

• Payment must be made within 30 days of application approval or the application will be automatically cancelled

This multi-entry visa can be issued or extended to truck drivers within the applicable rules and regulations of the Kingdom of Bahrain

• Applying fee 5 BHD ( Non-refundable ) 

• Visa approval fee 5 BHD

• Visa issuance fee 25 BHD

• Extension fee 25 BHD

Note

• Visa can be issued at the port if the truck driver has a valid residence permit for more than 6 months

• Visa will be invalid if not used within three months of issuance

• Payment must be made within 30 days of application approval or the application will be automatically cancelled
